Our company operates two distinct brands, Rushfaster and Softer Volumes. Both brands are d2c e-commerce. Rushfaster.com.au, our larger brand, is an Australian e-commerce company with a 20 year heritage that focuses on supplying high quality gear for your urban & travel adventures. ****Softer Volumes, our newer brand, publishes books and digital content focused on premium design-led topics like design, cafes, hotels, travel, and products. The workload split will be 80% Rushfaster and 20% Softer Volumes.

As our Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will manage all our paid social channels to maximise sales and ROAS. Right now, this includes Meta & TikTok. In addition to improving the sales of our 3rd party brands, currently we are launching Rushfaster branded products so this role will be critical in the sales growth of these products and the brand itself. This role is primarily remote (work from home); however, you will need to be based in Australia and some physical presence in Sydney will be required from time to time.

What we need your help with

Here are some of the responsibilities you will handle:

• Control our Paid Social efforts: You will be in charge of everything Paid Social.
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute our paid social strategy and ensure it’s aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and design campaigns tailored to different segments. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategy.
• Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the performance of different campaign elements, including ad copy, targeting, and creatives.
• Creative Ideation: Work on creative briefs for development and testing. Provide feedback to creatives to get the creative just right.
• Audience Targeting: Research and test audiences to find best performing target markets.
