In this role, you’ll oversee our direct marketing initiatives, foster community engagement, collaborate with content creators and influencers to promote our products, and evaluate our performance. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our marketing efforts are cohesive, on-brand, and consistent. You’ll work closely with the CEO, marketing team, and content creators to drive our brand’s success.
What we need your help with
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- EDM, TXT & Direct Marketing: Develop and execute effective strategies for EDMs, TXT campaigns, and direct marketing that enhance customer engagement and drive repeat sales.
- Community Building: Host events and nurture an online community that enhances brand loyalty and engagement.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, coordinating campaigns to broaden reach and attract new customers.
- Promotions and Sales Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional events, sales, and discount campaigns aligned with the store’s goals and calendar.
- Social Media Coordination: Work closely with content creators to implement a cohesive social media plan that aligns with the store’s objectives and brand voice.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) to optimise campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
